Privacy policy
What tds.ai collects when you visit or contact us, and what we do with it.
Last updated October 31, 2026
The short version
- We count visits with Google Analytics, and only after you allow it where the law asks us to.
- If you use our contact form, we use what you send to answer you and to talk with you about TDS.
- We don’t show ads, and we don’t sell or share your personal information.
- This policy covers the tds.ai website. Bus companies that use TDS for ticketing have their own privacy policies for their riders.
Who we are
tds.ai is the website of Transcor Data Services, LLC (“TDS”, “we”), 6440 Southpoint Parkway, Suite 210, Jacksonville, FL 32216. Where privacy laws use the term, TDS is the “controller” of the information described here.
What we collect
When you contact us
The contact form asks for your name, work email, company and topic, and optionally your phone number and a message. We use it to reply, to set up a demo if you asked for one, and to follow up about TDS products and services. Form submissions are sent to and kept in a TDS email inbox. You can ask us to stop following up at any time.
Analytics
If you allow analytics cookies, Google Analytics records how the site is used: the pages you view, the site that sent you here, your device type, browser and screen size, and your rough location (city and country, worked out from your IP address). Google Analytics 4 doesn’t store IP addresses. We see these numbers in reports, not as a record of you by name.
Whether analytics runs depends on where you are and what you choose:
- In the European Economic Area, the UK and Switzerland, analytics cookies stay off unless you click Accept.
- Elsewhere, analytics cookies are on unless you click Reject.
- If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as Reject and don’t ask.
Advertising cookies are off for everyone. With analytics off, Google may still receive a few cookieless signals (such as that a page was loaded) so it can model overall visit counts. These carry no cookie and can’t be tied to you across visits.
Server logs
Like every website, our web host records each request: your IP address, the page asked for, the time, your browser’s name and the page that linked here. We use these logs to keep the site running and to stop abuse.
What we don’t collect
Apart from the contact form, we never ask for your name, email address, phone number or payment details. Our fonts and images are served from our own site. We don’t use ad networks, social media pixels or fingerprinting.
Cookies and browser storage
| Name | Kind | What it’s for | How long |
|---|---|---|---|
_ga | Cookie | Google Analytics: tells one visit from another | 2 years |
_ga_QH7LV9NN9T | Cookie | Google Analytics: keeps track of the current visit | 2 years |
tds-consent | Browser storage | Your answer to the cookie banner, so we don’t ask on every page | Until you clear it |
The two Google Analytics cookies are set only when analytics is allowed. If you click Reject after accepting, we delete them. The browser storage item stays on your device and is never sent to us.
Links to other sites
Links to the network map (maps.tds.ai), BusTickets.com, BusSchedules.com, the TDS Service Desk, the MMC login and LinkedIn open those sites, and their own privacy policies apply. Nothing is sent to them until you click.
TDS products and our customers’ riders
TDS also runs ticketing, payments and operations software for bus companies. When a rider buys a ticket on a carrier’s website or app, or a carrier’s staff use TDS systems, that information is handled under our agreements with the carrier and the carrier’s own privacy policy, not this one.
Other services the pages use
- Google Analytics (Google LLC), as described above. Google’s privacy policy explains how it handles the data, and Google offers a browser add-on that turns Google Analytics off on every site.
How we use it
We use what we collect to answer you, to see which pages people find useful, to fix problems and to keep the site secure. We don’t use it to target advertising, and we don’t sell it or share it for advertising.
Google Analytics keeps visit-level data for 14 months and then deletes it. Summary reports, which hold totals and nothing about any one visit, are kept after that. We keep server logs for up to 14 months.
Google processes analytics data for us as our service provider, on servers that may be outside your country, including in the United States.
Your choices and rights
You can change your cookie choice at any time with Cookie settings at the bottom of every page, block or delete cookies in your browser, or turn on Global Privacy Control.
Depending on where you live (for example California and other U.S. states, the European Economic Area or the UK), you may have the right to ask what information we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, and to object to how we use it. You also have the right not to be treated differently for using these rights. To make a request, contact us as described below. In the EEA and UK you can also complain to your data protection authority.
Children
tds.ai is a business website, isn’t aimed at children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect information about them.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we’ll update it here and change the “Last updated” date at the top.
